  • We are committed to quality service and working to guarantee buyer satisfaction.
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and providing any original packaging remains undamaged, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless your refund request is received by us within 7 days of your receipt of the purchased item. We reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary.
  • In the unlikely event that a return is requested due to an error in our description, we ask you to ensure that all returns include all original items, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc. We cannot accept returns for change of mind. Return postage will not be refunded on returns.
  • Postage costs are at cost plus a small fee to cover packing materials, and handling, depending on weight, size and materials required. All shipping originates from UK Mainland, and all postage costs quoted are for UK Mainland posting only, if you require postage to other areas of the world it will be as international shipping charges. Please feel free to contact us about this for a quote. Posting is almost always conducted next working day of cleared payment being received. We will advise you by e-mail of any delays in the process of posting or delivery.
  • The shipping charges that are automatically calculated by our website cover the majority of the items we have for sale. In some circumstances, typically where the weight exceeds 10kg or the dimensions of the item are outside of the scope of our standard shipping terms, additional charges may apply as an alternative courier/shipping method may need to be sourced. In this scenario, you will be contacted by email prior to shipping notifying you of the additional charges, shipping will not take place until these additional charges are settled.You are encouraged to contact us in advance if you are considering purchasing any large or heavy item and we will happily provide you with a specific quote for shipping costs.
  • If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping containers/packaging it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to enquires@lordnelsonantiques.com. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item description, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement (if there is one or similar) or a refund. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement or refund is being processed.
  • To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include a copy of the invoice that was emailed to you upon purchase. Be sure to specify the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: replacement or refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

  • General
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. If we have made a mistake we'll also refund the delivery charge. We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you, this will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • How do I return something to Lord Nelson Antiques?
To return an item e-mail us at enquires@lordnelsonantiques.com so that we can log the order that is being returned. Post or courier your return to: Lord Nelson Antiques, P.O Box 6119, Leamington Spa, CV31 9JL. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or delivery note.

  • Delivery addresses
We will delivery to any address that you specify. As your order is electronically transmitted, as soon as your order is confirmed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Therefore please check that the details are completely correct when you place your order. Ensure you input a full address including post code.
  • Delivery times
Within the UK, from the time of processing & despatch, delivery will usually be within 3 to 5 working days. If there is a delay in this process we guarantee to deliver all orders within 28 days. International orders will take longer.

  • Alternative Couriers
We may offer a private courier service or a price may be agreed and arranged through the buyer. Lord Nelson Antiques holds no responsibility for any third party companies policies or conduct of business. Disclaimer: For further information required on delivery options or prices, please read the terms of sale or conditions of the said companies involved before any agreement is hereby entered into with Lord Nelson Antiques.

  • Delivery Charges
The majority of our items will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery with £1,000 of compensation cover for loss or damage included, the charges, calculated based on the weight of your order, are as follows:

(*) For weights over 10kg, a standard charge of £40.00 will be applied to your online order, however, the actual charges for† your specific item may be more depending on the choice of courier and weight of the item. In this scenario, you will be contacted with the additional costs by email prior to shipping. Shipping will only take place once these additional costs are settled. In this case, you are encouraged to contact us prior to placing your online order and we will happily provide a shipping quote.
(**) In certain limited circumstances, the dimensions of the item may not be transferrable via Royal Mail Special Delivery even if the weight falls within the above table. In this scenario we will contact you via email to discuss your shipping options.
(***) The charges above relate to UK mainland shipping only, if you would like to purchase from overseas please contact us prior to placing an online order and we will provide a quote for shipping costs.
